Sometime in 1995 Karissa Liloc fell in love with the web. Soon to follow was a personal website and then a successful, but short-lived, web design company co-owned with a college friend. Next she was working as a technical designer for a major online retail website and doing a little freelance website work on the side. All the while her love for the web and all of its possibilities continued to grow.

Karissa launched Liloc Studios with her husband, André in 2005 - 10 years after her love affair with the web started. Today, through Liloc Studio, Karissa strives to make the web easy and accessible and believes everybody needs a website. Andre acts as technical, financial and all around business advisor for Liloc Studio. His foray into the web came a little later in life but now he can't go anywhere with out lugging his laptop around and "logging in" at least once a day. Both Lilocs are always learning new techniques and skills and Karissa continues to grow as a designer. Liloc Studios is based in the Seattle area and offers full-service web design, creation and hosting to clients near and far.

When not working on Liloc Studio projects Karissa can be found surfing the web, knitting and making lists of things to do. Andre is a certifiable sport-aholic and also spends a lot of time playing online poker.
