Be as involved as you want to be! Most often, customers come to us with a logo and need a bit more guidance along the way but we have worked with clients who have designed the full site and just needed us for the coding.

How long does it take to build a website?
On average it takes us about 4-6 weeks to launch a site. This fluctuates depending on the size and special requirements, if there are a lot of design changes and the amount of content the client has prepared. Things tend to move pretty quickly once the client has approved the mockups.

What do I need to provide?
You will need to provide any existing logo, design work and copy that you'd like to use on the website. Ideally, graphics should be delivered as Photoshop or Illustrator files though other formats are acceptable. Many clients prefer to write their own site content, which is great. We would prefer copy to be delivered as a Word document.

How will we communicate about the project?
We normally kick things off via email with a set of standard questions that help assess the workload, timeline and needs of each client. Then we like to work over the phone (or in person if the client is local) to hammer out details. Once the project is moving along email and phone continue to be the main source of communication. Instant Messenger can also be used if the client prefers it.

What payment types do you accept?
We accept personal check as well as credit card payments through PayPal. PayPal no longer requires you to create an account when making a credit card payment. (Just click the "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here" button and follow the instructions.)
